Crunchy french toast with salt and black pepper
Ingredients : one egg. Tablespoon of milk. Pinch of salt. ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Teaspoon finely chopped green onions. Tablespoons of chopped coriander. Two slices of toast. Butter or vegetable oil to fry the pan. Ready Sriracha sauce.
Beat eggs in a deep bowl and add milk, green onions, salt, coriander and black pepper and mix well. Dip the toast slices in the egg mixture until it dips and soak the bread with the egg mixture completely. Put the butter or a pinch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it melts. Add the slices of bread and fry them and then turn the other side once and leave for two to three minutes for each side until the color of the slices golden brown crispy. Serve the Sriracha sauce next to the slices as desired.
French toast with brulee flavor
Ingredients : a glass of cream. Four medium-sized eggs. Half a cup of sugar. A glass of milk. Four tablespoons of butter. Teaspoon of vanilla extract. Sliced toast bread cut into medium-sized squares. Ready berry syrup sauce to serve.
How to prepare :
Toast the slices of bread slightly using a toast or pan to maintain the strength when dipping and roasting. Mix the milk with the eggs, vanilla and add the cream and whisk the mixture well until homogeneous. Place the toasted slices in the milk, egg and cream mixture and dip them thoroughly until completely covered. Place the pan over medium heat and put the butter in the pan until it melts. Place the toast slices dipped in the pan until browned and golden in color, stirring to turn the other side.
Prepare a suitable oven tray and place the toasted pieces in the tray and sprinkle the slices well with a spoonful of sugar. Put the tray in the oven to be reddish face only slides and melts sugar and becomes like caramel taking into account not burning. Remove the toast tray from the oven and set aside to cool slightly. Prepare the eggs in a deep bowl and add the milk, milk, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla and whisk together until smooth. Place a pan over medium heat and grease with a little oil. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture until it is covered from all sides. Place the dipped toast slices in the mixture until browned and stir to fry from the other side. Decorate the slices with a little raspberry flavored milk (to taste), fresh raspberries or any favorite drink (raspberry, hemp or chocolate).
